Confirm the fit before the full run
Match the head diameter and height to the slide’s mounting holes and running clearance. Follow the slide manufacturer’s fastening instructions, check usable material depth and test full slide travel after fitting a sample. RPZ modified truss and TPZ truss heads are different profiles; do not assume they are interchangeable.
Use pilot holes where the hardware instructions or material require them, and use a controlled drive setting to avoid overdriving.
